Based in Sotera, Famagusta, P.Kyprou developers are enjoying considerable success in the management and execution of their projects.
Founded in 1988, by Mr Panicos Kyprou, a person with years of hands on experience in the consturtion industry, saw the building and completion in 1990 of its first project, 5 apartments in Sotera village, Famagusta.
Since then P.Kyprou developers have completed projects around the Island of Cyprus, in the following areas to name a few.

One of the main ethos of P.Kyprou developers is to only handle projects that are well within the needs and capabilities of the company. So much so that 2009 has been the most productive year to date, shown in the increase in the amount of staff employed at the company.
